                   AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN 
                   THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS 
                   ($7,550.00) FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND TO 
                   TENNESSEE SPORTSFEST.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That there be and is hereby appropriated the 
       sum of $7,550.00 from the Contingency Fund to Tennessee 
       Sportsfest.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this ordinance shall take effect two 
       (2) weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
